Technical Interview
After the initial CV screening and a preliminary phone conversation with our recruiter, we move forward to schedule an interview. This stage focuses on an in-depth, oral assessment of your technical skills, problem-solving approach, and domain expertise. While we prefer conducting these interviews in person, we also accommodate remote options such as phone or Skype interviews when necessary.
Practical Test
To assess your coding skills, logical reasoning, and ability to optimize code, we assign a practical task. This round will be scheduled at our office at a time that is convenient for you.
Management Interview
A brief conversation with our management team to understand your career aspirations and assess your alignment with our organizational culture. We value individuals who possess strong subject matter expertise and demonstrate a high level of professional integrity.
Final Selection & on boarding
